Practice Analysis

You’re fairly certain your practice isn’t as efficient and organized as it could be – and likely not as profitable as it should be - and need the objectivity and experience of a skilled coach.
The savvy dentist knows it makes sense to have a complete evaluation every so often to avoid hidden issues and potential pitfalls. It just makes sense to take the time for expert analysis and to develop a game plan to meet your goals. After you complete a comprehensive questionnaire giving me important baseline information about your practice , I will spend two days in your office. My intention is to uncover your potential.
Day One
Get to know your team
Observe and evaluate systems and communication skills
Evaluate the flow of patients through the practice
Assess your facility
My intention is to get to know you, your team and your practice better. The analysis isn’t about finding what is wrong but to mine for potential! This is an important distinction--you've communicated your concerns to me, my job is to diagnose the "why" and to help you and your team with solutions that make sense.
Day Two
Discussion of findings and potential training plan
Annual Plan for the upcoming year
On Day Two, armed with the information gleaned at the Analysis, together we develop an Annual Plan. This process includes a thorough analysis of your Profit and Loss statement and how your expenses stack up to industry norms, expenses are projected for the upcoming year, work days are set and “smart” goals--goals based on your history, expenses and potential are determined to meet your needs. Few Doctors have been through a logical, thorough process like this and I've been told that this service is "worth the price of admission!"
